Wellness For Life Journey Club

Wellness For Life Journey's Caregiver Walking Club is a low-barrier community walk group for family caregivers, open both in person in Columbus, OH and virtually via Zoom for caregivers who can't meet locally. Caregivers often feel they have no time or capacity left for themselves — this club gives them a simple, no-pressure entry point to movement, fresh air, and connection with others who understand what caregiving actually takes. It's built to be accessible at little to no cost, so caregivers at every income, location, and fitness level can participate.
